How do I know the operator is real?

Every operator is document-checked and verified before their services go live on the network. You are contracting with a partner we have already vetted, not a name you found online.

Will I ever deal with the operator directly?

You deal with them inside the app. The built-in messenger is where you confirm timings, ask questions and handle changes — so the conversation is recorded and nobody has to hand out a personal number.

What happens if something goes wrong during a tour?

There are two support lines: the operator in the app, and Connect Local Tours Support, who can see the booking. We monitor services while they run rather than waiting for a complaint afterwards.

Can I use the same operator for my next client?

Yes. Rebooking the same operator takes two taps, so you can build a reliable roster instead of starting from scratch in every destination.

Can I sell a destination that is not on the network yet?

Tell us which destination you want. We open destinations by verifying the local operators in them, and operators can bring their own destination to the platform.

Do I need my own operators or licences to start?

You need your business verified so operators know who they are contracting with. Everything on the ground — the operator, the vehicles, the permits they are responsible for — comes from the network. If you have a specific requirement, talk to us before you sign up.
